BY CAR:

you have to leave the motorway at the tollgate of La Spezia; once arrived in the town, follow the road signs towards the “Cinque Terre”; take the country road 370 which goes along the whole Gulf of La Spezia; after the first tunnel go straight, and after about 4 km turn right towards Riomaggiore (follow the road signs).

BY TRAIN:

destination railway station of La Spezia from where various local trains go towards Genova, all of them stop in Riomaggiore; once arrived in Riomaggiore go to square in front of the station and turn right, go through a tunnel which leads you to the town centre. After having left the tunnel, turn left and take the second stairway on your left (Via. S. Antonio). After about 100 meters you will see “La finestra sulle 5 Terre” on your left (Via. S. Antonio 39).

BY AIRPLANE:

closest airports Pisa, Genova, Milan. All three airports are connected with the 5 terre thanks to the railway network. From Genova and Pisa it will take you about 1 hour, from Milan about 3 hours to reach Riomaggiore. Please visit the site of “Trenitalia” in order to find out about connections and timetables.
